DESCRIPTION

The beautiful terraced house named "Casa Branca" with pool and sea views is located in Porches, two kilometers away from Armacao de Pera in a very quiet residencial complex. The holiday home is modernly furnished, there is a large living room with air conditioning. From the living room and bedroom you reach the garden at the ground level.

The house has MEO TV (90 Portuguese channels, series and films, some in the original English language) satellite TV with all German TV channels ASTRA 1) and internet.

There is a sofa/ bed, for 2 children in the living room. From the garden it is only a few meters to the large pool with a separate children's pool and a large sunbathing area. Two loungers and a dining table are on your disposal in the garden. From the approx. 40m ⊃2; roof terrace of Casa Branca you have a wonderful sea view. There is also a children's playground in the complex. The main Algarvian cycle lane passes by in the immediate vicinity of the house as well . The beautiful beaches of Praia Senhora da Rocha and Nova Praia are about 800m away, and Cova Redonda beach, which was named one of Europe's top beaches in 2014, is also in the village. There are several restaurants and bars as well as a large supermarket in the vicinity.

The holiday home is for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. Dogs are allowed.
