DESCRIPTION
Casa Al-Gharb is located in a very quiet residential area in Patroves/Albufeira about 4km from the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve. Casa Al-Gharb is equipped with a large swimming pool.
The 1st floor, where the main entrance is, has a large living room with a Moorish dome, from where you have a fantastic sea view. On the same floor you have as well as a completely equipped kitchen and a guest toilet.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with adjoining bathroom, with a whirlpool and a small living room with a sofa bed for 2 children. The large living room and the 2 bedrooms have air conditioning.
There is a direct access from your bedrooms into the garden with the pool. In the garden there are sun loungers, seating possibilities, summer kitchen and garden furniture as well as a gas grill.
Like all our holiday accommodations, Al-Gharb has sat-TV (German-language channels) and MEO TV (150 Portuguese channels, series and films partly in English original language) and fast fiber optic Internet.
The holiday home comprises 1 large living room, 1 kitchen, 2 bedrooms with bathroom, 1 bed-sitting room, as well as a guest WC and a bathroom with shower for the bed-sitting room. Casa Al-Gharb is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. Pets on request
The rental price includes one intermediate cleaning per week with change of bed linen.
The nearest golf course is in Salgados approx. 5 km away, the large shopping centre Algarve Shopping is 7 km away and the nearest supermarket approx. 1.5 km away.
