DESCRIPTION
The Casa Margarida is located on a hill about 2 km outside of Armação de Pêra. From your roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the beaches of Armação de Pêra and Salgados.
The ground floor comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a large living room and a large kitchen, the exit of which leads to the garden. The terrace is equipped with a dining area and a grill. There are sun loungers available in the garden.
The upper floor has a bathroom and two bedrooms with two separate terraces.
Casa Margarida is equipped with air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms and in the living room. Like all our apartments and cottages, this house has satellite TV (Astra satellite) and MEO TV (90 Portuguese channels, series and films, some in the original English language) and free internet.
A tennis court is available free of charge just a few meters from the holiday home.
The beautiful beaches of Armação de Pêra are in a 2km distance. The nearest supermarkets can be reached in about 4 minutes by car.
The house is for max. 6 persons. Pets are allowed.
