DESCRIPTION
The terraced house Casa Sauchi is located in a quiet complex in Gale, approx. 1 km from the beautiful beaches of Praia do Evarista, Praia do Castelo and Praia de Lourenco Beach.
The house was renovated in November 2025.
Casa Sauchi is a cosily furnished terraced house. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen. The living room opens directly onto the terrace. On the first floor, you will find a bathroom and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms share a balcony.
Like all our holiday homes, it has satellite TV (all German-language channels and MEO TV (90 Portuguese channels, series and films, some in the original English language) and fast fibre optic internet.
Some of the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The complex also has a swimming pool.
The terraced house has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms and is suitable for 4 people. Pets are allowed.
Albufeira and Armacao de Pera are about a 10-minute drive away. The nearest large supermarket is about 1000 metres away.
