DESCRIPTION
From the 50 m⊃2; roof terrace of the Casa Azul, on which there is a lounge area for two as well as a barbecue with dining area, you have a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean. In this holiday home, located in Porches, two kilometers from Armação de Pêra, in a very quiet area, you can enjoy the sun on three levels. In the garden there are two loungers and a dining table waiting for you.
Casa Azul has modern furnishings. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace and a new kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. From the living room you go at ground level into the garden. On the first floor are the master bedroom with balcony and sea view, another bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom. Bedroom and living room in the house are air conditioned.
The house has MEO TV (90 Portuguese channels, series and films, some in the original English language) and internet.
From the garden there are only a few meters to the large pool with separate children's pool and a large lawn. There is also a children's playground in the complex. Two bicycles belong to the house, with which you can easily go shopping or to Armação de Pêra.
In the immediate vicinity of the house also leads the Algarve bike path along. The beautiful beaches of Praia Senhora da Rocha and Nova Beach are about 800 m away. Also the in 2014 as one of the top beaches in Europe awarded beach Cova Redonda is in place. There are several restaurants and bars in the area, as well as a big supermarket.
