The row house Alegre is located in the beautiful complex Levante and was completely renovated and furnished in spring 2020.The complex Levante is situated about 500 m outside of Armação de Pêra directly bz the cliffs with a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean. The house Alegre is a cozy row house. The ground floor features a large living / dining room with direct access to the terrace and garden, a small kitchen and 1 bathroom.

The 1st floor disposes of 3 bedrooms, two of which has a large balcony with sea view. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Like all our apartments and cottages, this house has satellite TV (Astra satellite) and MEO TV (90 Portuguese channels, series and films, some in the original English language) and free internet.

From your roof terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, you have a breathtaking view of the sea.

The complex offers a communal pool with children's pool.

You can walk to the pedestrian area and beach promenade of Armação de Pêra in 10 minutes, where a variety of shops, restaurants and bars invite you to shop and dine.
