DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT

The Sabine apartment is located just a few metres from the Armação de Pera seafront promenade and is situated on the 3rd floor.
From your balcony, you have a side view of the sea.
You simply need to cross the road to reach the most beautiful beaches in Armação de Pera. After just a 2-minute walk, you’ll find yourself at the start of the pedestrian zone.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2026. Like many of our apartments, the Sabine apartment features satellite TV (with all free German-language channels) and MEO TV (90 Portuguese channels, with some series and films in the original English). The living room has a sofa bed.
The rooms have air conditioning and high-speed fibre-optic internet. The apartment comprises 1 bedroom, 1 living room with an integrated new kitchen, and 1 bathroom with a shower. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. Dogs are allowed.
We are happy to provide a cot and high chair free of charge on request.
The monthly rate in winter includes 2 interim cleans.
