DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT
The Apartment Marie is located in Pera in the very quietly situated apartment complex A Avilita. The holiday flat is on the ground floor. From your living room you can access your terrace and the large saltwater pool as well as the children's pool with fresh water. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue overlooking the garden and pool.
There is a sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning, the bedroom also has a powerful and very quiet ceiling fan. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower included.
In the living room, bedroom and kitchen you also have an additional infrared heater.
Like all our holiday acommodations, also apartment Marie is equipped with MEO TV (over 100 Portuguese channels, series and films, some in the original English language) and fast fibre optic internet as well as satellite TV with all free German-language channels and international channels.
In the apartment complex A Avilita there is a large saltwater pool with sun loungers and a small freshwater children's pool. From the garden area you have a beautiful view of the sea. There is also a free tennis court at your disposal.
Car parking is available in front of the front door.
The flat comprises 1 living room with a sofa bed, a closed kitchen, 1 bedroom with a large bed (2.80m x 2.00m) and 1 bathroom. It is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
To the beautiful beach Praia dos Salgados it is about 3km, to Armacao de Pera you have about 4 km where you have all the big supermarkets like Lidl, Pingo Doce, Continente and Intermarche. The old town of Albufeira is about 9km away.
